Quick Headers are patented C-channel, galvanized steel purlins with extendable/retractable trays on each end. Quick Connects

The Quick Connect is a saddle connector accessory that quickly links Quick Headers together to cross over virtually any size opening. A game-changer for the product, the Quick Connect provides versatility with any size Quick Header, making it possible to assemble any combination of sizes in order to achieve the desired width opening. This laser drilled, light-weight tool slips up under the ends of two separate Quick Headers and lines up with the receiving riv-nut pins found on the ends of each Quick Header. Four bolts are then inserted in each drilled hole, hand tightened, and the entire unit is ready to be laid in place on the block. A Post Shore is required under each Quick Connect linked point. Quick Headers can be linked endlessly, until the required final size width is achieved. The entire process is easy, quick and safely done, right in the field. The following video demonstrates how to install the Quick Connect.

How To Install A Quick Connect

Post Shores

Post Shores (or Props) are required for openings wider than 6′. Quick Headers are clearly marked with Prop Here and a red block to indicate where a Post Shore is necessary. Post Shores are available in three different adjustable sizes and have a threaded screw jack to adjust the height of the post to fit the correct opening.

The Quick Pack Rack

The Quick Pack Rack will manage and house your Quick Headers, Quick Connects, Post Shores and accessories all in one place while on a job site. Measuring 3-1/2′ x 6′ x 3-1/2′ and weighing 410 LBS, the Quick Pack Rack can hold up to 48 large size Quick Headers (6 across and 8 high) and 96 small size Quick Headers (12 across and 8 high). A toolbox is located on top for Quick Connects, bolts and strap storage. Post Shores can be strapped on top of the rack. Transportable on a flatbed trailer, and able to be flown out with a crane. Can be made with or without forklift pockets. Keep track with the Quick Rack Pack!

The 90-Degree Quick Connect

The 90-degree Quick Connect is a saddle type accessory that allows masons to terminate a connection at a building corner where two Quick Header shoring beams meet on a 90-degree angle. This product creates a safe and secure anchor point; a perfect 90-degree support system that installs in minutes eliminating the need for scaffold frame shoring solutions, thereby saving significant time and money. The 90-degree Quick Connect was designed for the increasing number of cantilever and 90-degree masonry lintel openings called for in building design today.
Just like the original Quick Connect, assembly and installation is simple and safe, simplifying crossing over these types of openings. This laser drilled, light-weight tool slips up under both ends of two separate Quick Headers and lines up with the receiving riv-nut pins found on the ends of each Quick Header. Eight bolts are then inserted in each drilled hole, hand tightened, and the entire unit is ready to be placed, ready for block. Post Shore are required under each side of the 90-Degree Quick Connection. Quick Headers can be linked endlessly, until the required final size/opening width is achieved. The entire process is easy, quick and safely done, right in the field. Quick Headers endeavors to create effective masonry solutions for common challenges on any job site.
